We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you find an error, and we will do our best to correct it. We ask that you contact us directly and visit our rug store to confirm information about rug pricing, rug colors, rug dimensions, rug availability and custom area rug or special order lead times.
You can try our rugs on trial basis. Rugs must be returned in new or unused condition or purchased within trial period. Trial periods are approved per management. Returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items not in their original, new condition may qualify for a partial refund of the product’s price. Upon our inspection of returned rug(s), Designer Rug Warehouse reserves the right to deduct the original shipping and/or delivery charge and actual return shipping fees from your refund.
